This method provides details of the hard drive(s) of your PC using My Computer.

Click Start and then click My Computer.

Select Local Disk (C or D).

View the Local Disk (C:) information under Details in the left or bottom column.
Method 2: Computer Management
This method provides details of the hard drive(s) of PC using Disk Management in the Computer Management tool.

Click Start and then Run.

Type compmgmt.msc and click Ok.

Under Storage, click Disk Management. The drive capacity is listed under capacity.
